We’re Tom Milsted and Phoebe Strange. Between us, we’ve almost two decades of experience working across brand, operations, communications, PR and marketing - from start-ups to FTSE 100s.
We started Milsted + Strange selling marketing services, but we kept seeing the same thing: businesses would come to us with the same problem - not enough enquiries, or the wrong ones - and often want us to redo their website or take over their socials to fix this. But those solutions were never the only cogs that needed adjusting. There was always something more fundamental. They'd just been too close to the business to see it.
That's why we designed The Read.
